Whether you’re looking for classic camp activities or a simple venue to host a workshop, we have the facilities and the infrastructure to make your next company retreat unforgetable.
Camp Activities
With such a unique backdrop, we can help you come up with custom activities that will allow your team to bond and create shared experiences that will be talking points in the office long after the retreat is over.
Free time can be spent in organized activities from basketball tournaments and tennis matches to zip-lining, waterskiing, or scavenger hunts. If sports are not your thing, there’s never a shortage of fun activities to do. Guests can fish in our lake, walk or run along our paths and trails, enjoy an afternoon in a hammock, or take a canoe out on Lake Winnipesaukee.
In the evening, gather your group around the campfire for s’mores or have cocktails on the beach. The options are endless.
Meeting Spaces
Whether you are organizing a team huddle around the campfire or a professional meeting in our board room, we have many different indoor and outdoor meeting spaces available for your use with newly upgraded Wi-Fi available. We also have a projector, screen and audio system available.
Lodging
Whether just for a one night or a longer stay, an overnight retreat at Camp Winaukee is one of the best experiences you can create. Everything needed for your group is already on-site: meals, lodging, meeting space, activities and more! Our traditional camp cabins offer us the ability to house up to 500 guests on our property and we will work with you to arrange accommodations that are right for you and your team.

Whether you need a ropes course facilitator, a team-building guru, or a team of lifeguards at the lake, we are able to fully staff your event and meet your needs.
Your Corporate Retreat at Camp Winaukee can be a one day event or a full week or weekend long experience based on your needs. Pricing is based upon the type of event as well as the time of year. We will work with you on every step of the planning process to ensure your retreat is executed as you envision.
Camp Winaukee is available to book outside of our traditional summer camp season. We offer dates from mid-May through Mid-June and again from Mid-August through Mid-October. We may also be able to accomodate winter weddings and will help find a way to make it possible. For more information about our availability, please contact us directly.
Memorable and delicious food is an essential part of any successful and unforgettable gathering. Depending on your event needs, we can provide in-house food and beverage service for you and your guests. With a fully fitted kitchen and dish room, our head chef is ready to help create a range of traditional meals for your retreat. As our chefs are contracted for a full season, we are able to provide competitive pricing and also work with you on your menu in advance.
For more large-scale events, we partner with outside caterers. With our on-site dining halls and commercial kitchens, we are able to host caterers for both buffet style and table service dining.
